It is an actual myth that you can hurt yourself permantly from lifting things wrong. Same studies show that what is most dangerous to your back and actually do cause long term harm is static behavior over time. As long as you take your precautions u can lift however you want. You actually should. Changes up the muscle groups you use throughout the day if you keep lifting a little bit different here and there. Edit: your body does not act like some loose pieces together wooden statue. What this show you is point of graviy. We also dont have one big motor (muscle) behind us that is the only power source to everything we do. If this thing had hydraulics inside, all the way up to the head it would look different.
